RIP SYDENHAM GOOSEBERRY
| The saddest day yet at Ringside. The whole family are devastated. Today we said goodbye to the heart of the stud, Sydenham Gooseberry. Goosey was our first cob and the reason we fell in love with Welsh breeds. At 11 years old she took me into the main ring at the Royal Welsh herself only four, from then we were hooked. She ended up coming second and would go on to be the bridesmaid another two times. She was a champion worker, multi supreme champion and our first home produced pony we ever got to Hoys. A day none of us will ever forget. When retired from the show ring she kept on giving. In total she has had six foals for us. Ringside Gameover Ringside Galileo Ringside Galliano Ringside Gaymers Ringside Gabriella And finally this years foal Ringside Gabriel We owe so much to this mare and are absolutely heartbroken.
